To provide a smooth internet shopping experience, Quonito Customs ships orders every business day, Monday through Friday. That means your purchase will be in the mail within three business day after the payment is confirmed for non-custom orders. Custom orders are subject to 4 - 8 weeks turn around time. Once completed, items are shipped within three business days.

International Price Estimated Delivery Time

- Standard $12 to $27 4-20 business days

- Express $38 to $50 4-5 business days

Terms & Conditions

- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may require additional payment.

- Express, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight shipments are NOT guaranteed.

- 2nd Day Air and Overnight packages are not delivered on weekends.

- The shipping deadline for 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipments is 12 PM Pacific Time.

- Refunds can not be given on custom orders.

- In the event that your order cannot be completed, you will be contacted immediately via phone or email.

- Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Quonito Customs is closed on weekend and all major holidays.

- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
- Customers must mail their own shoe for custom orders.

- Quonito Customs reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

International Shipments

- Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders

- International orders over $300 are subject to review and may be cancelled

- Detailed tracking info is not available for standard international shipments.

- Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by Quonito Customs.

- Customs regulations in the U.S.A. require that we display the full product value on the front of the package (this includes products that are purchased at a discounted price or are part of a promotion). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
